a tender broadway stay

i stayed in a well appointed king room it provided everything i needed for a relaxing visit the spacious lobby was comfortable i enjoyed the grab and go counter in the lobby it offered perfect options for morning coffee and a light breakfast the staff was friendly and helpful always providing a warm welcome.
the corridors were quite narrow i found it difficult to navigate with my luggage especially when housekeeping trolleys were present the doors closed noisily i could hear others coming and going which was slightly disruptive.

the hotel offers a convenient coffee bar providing a variety of options for a quick refreshment the restaurant presents amazing food adding a nice touch to the overall experience and ensuring guests have access to enjoyable dining choices.

Caroline at the front desk arranged an early check in for me and upgraded my room because I am a Gold member. The king bed was comfortable and there was a nice sitting area, so I felt very relaxed. The hotel location is next to Macys and in the heart of Koreatown. Accessing everything was very CONVENIENT.
I FOUND the digital key card system difficult to use.
